- Manage and update customer records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform general office administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Track customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the service process.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Ideally, experience in technical support or system administration, or a strong interest in learning these areas.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
