• Source, screen, and assess candidates for a range of roles.
• Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support recruitment strategies to secure the best talent.
• Effectively manage multiple roles and priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years’ experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
