Class 1 HGV Driver

We are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work for our client at East Midlands Gateway. As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will undertake trunking work to other company sites, NDC's and RDC's operating a new fleet of trucks. 

Shift Patterns / Working Hours:
+ Monday to Friday (Afternoons)
+ Start times will be between 1400 and 1700 each day
+ Guaranteed 9.6 hours per shift minimum pay
+ Daily OT on pay rates

The successful Class 1 Driver will:
+ Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months
+ Have a valid tacho and DQC card
+ Have a positive can do attitude

Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver will include:
+ Trunking goods around the UK
+ Trailer swaps and backloads

You will receive:
+ Afternoons - £17.59 per hour
+ Afternoons OT after 9.6 hours daily - £26.39 per hour
