Location: Staffordshire
Working Hours: Hybrid Opportunities - 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm on a Friday (37 hrs)
Rate: £TBC

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Hub Coach to join a busy team in Staffordshire, based within the team.

Responsibilities:

• To provide emergency drop-in support to our must vulnerable households around their financial wellbeing.
  Have experience working with vulnerable individuals and safeguarding experience. 
• Deliver face to face workshops in the family hubs and out in the community for Staffordshire residents around budgeting and financial wellbeing.
• Identify those most in need and support them to access their entitlements.
• Mapp out the support available for households to access nationally and locally and develop and maintain a database.
• Maintain accurate records of interventions to evidence impact and outcomes.
• Attend community support provided to households by our partners to promote and actively engage residents into the support available.
• Have excellent planning skills and the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Complete referrals into additional support when identified need.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Post-qualified experience
• NVQ Level 3 in working with families
