Job Advertisement: Associate/Senior Associate (Infrastructure)
Are you passionate about delivering sustainable and long-lasting infrastructure solutions across the UK? We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate to join our clients Infrastructure Services division, supporting projects across electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.
Our client take pride in understanding industry developments while continuously evolving our professional expertise and systems to provide a high-quality service. You'll be involved in varied projects, from routing and construction to benchmarking, procedures, and management systems, ensuring critical infrastructure projects run smoothly.
The Role
Location: Banbury (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
Flexible working: Open to discussing part-time (minimum 30 hours)

Your Responsibilities
Manage infrastructure projects from local to national scale
Provide land consultancy advice for maintenance & new infrastructure installations
Offer expert guidance on landowner negotiations and statutory procedures
Conduct land referencing, statutory notices, compensation negotiations
Liaise with landowners, manage public enquiries, and provide project support
Contribute to wider business projects and mentor graduate team members
What Our Client Is Looking For
MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferred) / Strong project management & negotiation skills / Excellent IT capabilities / Self-motivated, deadline-driven mindset / Ability to build lasting professional relationships / Confidence in decision-making and influencing stakeholders / Exceptional organisational and communication skills
