Location: Liverpool (L24)
Salary: £30,000 p/yr + Monthly Bonus + Benefits
Shifts: Monday- Friday 08:45 - 17:00hrs (100% office based)

Our client is a well-established market leader in supply of medical products and services to UK workforces, which include a variety of high-profile businesses.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to work out of their Liverpool office to manage an existing portfolio of accounts and identify further sales opportunities.

As the Account Manager, your duties will be;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new customers.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction, performance, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and potential new customers, through a consultative sales process, whilst presenting the full company product and service portfolio.
  • Negotiate and retain existing business through proactive calling and secure fixed term agreements.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Develop contact cycle in line with KPIs; create and deliver account development plans.

The successful Account Manager will have the following skills;
  • Must have previous experience within an outbound Sales / Internal Sales / Account Management position.
  • Demonstrates commitment and motivation to achieve goals.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, using appropriate language and channels for the intended audience
  • Ability to build trust, respect and rapport quickly, at all levels.
  • Complete understanding of the sales and business development process, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent time management skills to plan, prioritise and complete work responsibilities and job assignments in a timely manner.
  • Ability and willingness to generate ideas and take actions to solve problems.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office.
