Customer Service Advisor

Pertemps are currently recruiting for A Customer Service Advisor for a leading car dealership in Hedge End, Southampton. This is a Permanent position. 

 

Responsibility as a Customer Service Advisor:

 

• You will be responsible for the inbound service and maintenance bookings
  
  
• Speaking to existing customers on the phone 
  
  
• Producing service plan quotes 
  
  
• Supporting the team with the goal of increasing customer retention
  
  
• Ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the service 
  
   
  
  

Requirements as a Customer Service Advisor:

• Experience working in a similar role
  
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Highly organised and being able to manage multiple appointments 
  
  
• Strong administration skills
  
  

 

The Role:

• Working hours are Monday until Friday 08:00 – 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break
  
  
• This role is offering £29,000 - £31,000 depending on experience
