German Teacher (RCT)

Are you a passionate and dedicated German teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in RCT? We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join a vibrant and supportive secondary school on a long-term basis starting in February 2025.

About the Role:

• Teach German to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for Key Stage 5.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to develop their language skills and cultural understanding.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with the Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department to enhance curriculum delivery and enrichment activities.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular programs and events.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong subject knowledge in German.
• Proven experience teaching German at secondary level, with a track record of improving student outcomes.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate learners of all abilities.
• Passionate about languages and committed to promoting cultural awareness.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
