Mechanical and Electrical Engine Fitter
Telford – Permanent
Salary up to £32k Depending on experience

Job Duties:
  • Assess product and component condition.
  • Strip unit per work instructions; follow MoD requirements where applicable.
  • Check part availability and viability before starting.
  • Update Job Card with BOM changes.
  • Rebuild per OEM/AESP/work instructions.
  • Test to spec; report faults to Supervisor.
  • Maintain high-quality, efficient work.
  • Follow all procedures (H&S, quality, SOPs).
  • Complete paperwork accurately.
  • Meet schedule and log work.
  • Support ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirement/Experience/Competence/Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel) or willing to work towards.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, and work under pressure.
  • Displays willingness to follow instruction and learn new tasks.
  • Displays a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company.
