Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the fabrication shop.
  
  
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
  
  
• Assign tasks to fabrication staff and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  
  
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
  
  
• Provide hands-on assistance in welding, cutting, and fitting when needed.
  
  
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance.
  
  
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments.
  
  
• Maintain equipment, tools, and materials inventory.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabrication Foreman or similar supervisory role.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, MIG welding processes, and materials.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
  
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Certification in welding/fabrication 
  
  
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality control
  
  
• Must be able to work to UKCA standard 
  
  
• Assist office with booking in and out workloads
