Job Description:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tool Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing tools, dies, and special guiding and holding devices that allow machines to manufacture products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce precision tools and dies.
  
  
• Operate manual and CNC machinery (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders).
  
  
• Assemble, fit, and repair production tooling and fixtures.
  
  
• Perform quality inspections on tooling using measuring instruments (e.g., micrometres, callipers).
  
  
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot tooling issues as needed.
  
  
• Work collaboratively with engineers, machinists, and production teams.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tool maker or in a similar precision machining role.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of machine tools and metalworking processes.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
  
  
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools.
  
  
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school certification preferred.
