About the Role:
We at Pertemps Wolverhampton are currently seeking an experienced plastic moulder to join our Clients in the Wolverhampton area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in a range of plastic forming techniques and a strong background in working with heated forming processes.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery for Line Bending, ensuring precision bends along heated strips
  
  
• Conduct Sheet Heating to form materials using multiple heated strips
  
  
• Perform Dome Blowing techniques using heat and air pressure to form complex domes
  
  
• Carry out Vacuum Forming using heated plastic sheets and moulds with negative air pressure
  
  
• Apply Drape Forming processes, shaping materials using gravity and heat over moulds
  
  
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications
  
  
• Perform quality checks and maintain high standards of finish
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  
  

 

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plastic moulding and forming processes
  
  
• Skilled in operating relevant machinery and tools
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
