Job Title: CNC Operator (Milling or Turning)

Location: Wolverhampton

Hours: Rotational Shifts (Morning & Afternoon)

Pay Rate: Up to £15.50 per hour



About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton, who are looking to add an experienced CNC Operator (Milling or Turning) to their production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking stable, long-term employment with a rotational shift pattern and the potential to secure a permanent position.



Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC milling or turning machines to produce precision components

• Loading and unloading materials and components

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Monitoring machine performance and making basic adjustments where required

• Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Following all health & safety procedures at all times



Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC milling or turning machines is essential

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to work to production targets

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Comfortable working rotational shifts
