Goods In Supervisor

Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a Goods In Supervisor to join our expanding and dynamic client based in Oldbury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage goods-in processes, reviewing quantities and initial inspections to ensure parts meet required descriptions and quality
• Accurately receipt all deliveries in the SAP system
• Oversee and conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory
• Train store team members on updated practice and systems
• Maintain and manage working environments to high standards
• Create and communicate quality alerts for identified issues
• Support and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within a Goods In Supervisory role would be preferred
• Experience within Quality is beneficial
• Excellent people skills and leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of MEP services and understanding of structural and pipe fabrication and welding
• Familiarity with 5S/6S practices and SAP systems
• An enthusiastic and detail-oriented approach to strive for excellence

Hours:
Monday to Friday
07:30 – 16:00pm with an early finish on Friday’s
Overtime available during busy periods

Pay Rate:
£21.55 per hour

This is a temporary to permanent for the successful candidate.
