FLT Counterbalance and Reach Driver - Days / Nights / Weekends

Rate of Pay between £14.29 (Days) - £15.90 (Nights) per hour

Rotating Day shift: Mon - Fri 0600 - 1330 / 1330 - 2100
Nights Shift: Mon - Thur 21:00 - 0600
Weekend Shift: Fri 2000 - 0800, Sat 1900 - 0700, Sun 1800 - 0600

Temp-to-perm opportunity for an FLT Counterbalance and Reach Driver

Are you looking for a long-term position as a FLT Counterbalance and Reach driver with a view on earning an excellent rate of up to £15.90 per hour, with plenty of opportunities to work overtime? We are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance and Reach drivers to join a key automotive supplier, conveniently located in the heart of Birmingham.

This is a renowned manufacturer of car parts and engine solutions, building frames for several major automotive brands. They are a progressive, fast-paced factory, offering the possibility of fixed term contracts once workers have successfully proven themselves. All applicants for this role MUST hold experience as an experienced FLT Counterbalance and Reach driver.

To be successful for this position, candidates must bring the following attributes:

• Official in-date certificate (RTITB/ ITSSAR etc.)
• Ability to comfortably complete audits and stock counts
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to work on their own.
• Safe and responsible Driver, always practicing observation.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Duties involve regular and repetitive light and medium lifting.
