Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established company? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in Birmingham on a full-time, permanent basis.

What We Offer:
" Competitive salary: £16 - £18.50 per hour (DOE)
" Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
" Permanent position with a stable company

Key Responsibilities:
" Preparing skirting and architrave for spraying
" Spraying and undercoating skirting and architrave to a high standard
" Sanding and cleaning surfaces between coats as required
" Maintaining and cleaning the spray booth and equipment
" Identifying and touching up any defective areas
" Monitoring paint stock levels and coordinating with the Production Manager
" Ensuring PPE is used correctly at all times

Additional Duties:
" Sanding down skirting and architrave
" Assisting with packing and loading for deliveries

What We're Looking For:
" Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
" Good hand-eye coordination
" Ability to work independently and as part of a team
