Sales Advisor (Medical Indemnity)
Location: Birmingham, Office Based
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Generous Commission Structure (Realistic OTE £40,000-£50,000 in Year 1, increasing in Year 2+)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Indemnity Sales Advisor to join our dynamic and successful sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your success is truly rewarded.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Convert warm leads into sales, achieving set sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with consultant surgeons and physicians.
• Guide clients through the application process to provide the best tailored indemnity product for their needs.
• Accurately record all client interactions and sales activity in our in-house system.
• Work closely with a small, committed team to achieve shared goals.
• Receive ongoing training from experienced colleagues and team managers to help you succeed.
