Job Opportunity: Maintenance Operative
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours and Pay: 30 hours/week over 4 flexible days / £13.00PH
Role Overview:
Pertemps are recruiting for a proactive Maintenance Operative within Wolverhampton; to support the upkeep and safety of our valued clients premises.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gardening, decorating and painting.
  • Manual tasks including moving and building of furniture.
  • Gutter cleaning and performing basic DIY repairs.
  • Conducting legionella checks and fire alarm testing.
  • Performing fire equipment inspections and compliance checks.
  • Upholding strict health, safety, and fire regulations.
Required:
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
  • Experience with fire safety compliance and basic maintenance duties.
  • DBS Certificate or on the Update System.
