About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage a team of five Sales Representatives, and oversee the department’s budget. You will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and ensuring it aligns with the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and implement strategies to grow new and existing business
✔️ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five Sales Representatives
✔️ Oversee the sales department budget, ensuring efficiency and profitability
✔️ Work closely with senior leadership to align sales efforts with the company’s growth strategy
✔️ Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Sales Manager role, ideally in a B2B environment
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to sales growth
Must be local to Wolverhampton or able to commute for hybrid working
