Claims Handling Administrator

Location - Bristol | Full-Time hours | Hybrid working available (typically two days in the office, three remote)

About the Role:

Join our client's growing Claims Handling Department, providing administrative support for professional indemnity claims on behalf of leading insurers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claim files in line with SLAs/KPIs.
- Provide efficient administrative and financial support.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting.
- Support team communication and client service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

- Administrative experience (insurance/claims preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- IT literacy, including database management.
- Minimum GCSEs (C/4+ in English and Maths).
- Proactive, resilient, and team-focused.
