The Role
We're after a Customer Service Advisor who loves helping people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly. You'll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and make sure every client feels valued.

What You'll Do

• Respond to calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
• Process orders, payments, and refunds accurately
• Keep clients updated and records tidy
• Support key accounts and spot sales opportunities
• Take ownership of issues and see them through

About You

• Experience in customer service or admin
• Clear communicator, organised, and detail-focused
• Confident with CRMs and Microsoft Office
• Positive, proactive, and team-minded
