The Role

As a Claims Handler, you’ll manage your own caseload, investigating claims, assisting insured clients, negotiating settlements, and reporting to insurers. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, delivering technical, efficient, and commercially-minded service.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assessing and investigating claims early to drive resolutions.
• Negotiating settlements within delegated authority.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting to insurers.
• Spotting trends, escalating risks, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in insurance claims (any type – PI experience not essential).
• Strong technical understanding of claims handling and process.
• Commercial, proactive, and client-focused.
• Confident relationship-builder with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
