Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Technician looking for a new permanent challenge with a company based in Dudley who are specialists in the supply of products for the construction industry? If yes, we want to hear from you?

Annual Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 with yearly bonus
Weekly Shifts: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am rotating

Main Duties of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• The ability to competently work both alone and within a team environment
• Attending plant breakdowns
• Partake in TPM/PPM activities
• Repair, maintain and improve plant equipment to a required standard
• Undertake occasional installation/continuous improvement projects as required

Technical Requirements:

• 3 Years plus to industrial experience preferred
• Must have PLC experience although that work will be contracted out
• Must be time served, holding qualifications in Mechanical Maintenance. (City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ Level 3)
• 17th/18th Edition electrical desired but not essential
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of fixing conveyors, various machinery
