Order Processor & Technical Customer Service Representative
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Start Date: Immediate start
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (4:30pm on a Friday!!)

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Order Processor & Technical Customer Service Representative to join their friendly fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in the PVC and aluminium window industry looking to contribute to a growing and customer-focused company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer quotes and orders promptly and accurately.
  • Identify and raise any potential issues relating to quotes or orders.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Liaise with suppliers and place orders for specific materials as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
  • Monitor order progress proactively and keep all stakeholders updated.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Amend quotes and orders when customer requirements change.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the PVC and aluminium windows industry is essential.
  • Proficient in using Evolution software (PVC) and Logikal software (Aluminium).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
