Are you a hands-on Maintenance Engineer looking for a Monday–Friday role offering real ownership and variety?

A leading manufacturing site in Dudley is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias to help drive reliability and efficiency across operations. You’ll play a key role in planned maintenance, improvement projects, and reactive work, while being part of a supportive and skilled team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level II City & Guilds in Engineering (minimum)
• 17th or 18th Edition qualification
• Strong experience in electrical & mechanical maintenance within manufacturing
• Comfortable with PLCs, electrical diagrams, welding, and CMMS (e.g., Shire)
• Good communicator and team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance
• Use CMMS to manage and complete tasks
• Take ownership of all engineering activities during your shift
• Support shutdown planning and ensure safety standards are met
