£48,500 per annum (including shift allowance + annual bonus)
Rotating Shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm / 10pm–6am

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician looking for a fresh challenge in a fast-paced industrial environment? We are hiring on behalf of a well-established company specialising in the supply of products to the construction industry.

This is a permanent role offering excellent pay, stable shifts, and the chance to work on a wide variety of electrical systems within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and resolve plant breakdowns promptly
Participate in TPM/PPM activities to minimise downtime
Perform repairs and maintenance on industrial electrical equipment
Carry out occasional installation and continuous improvement projects
Work independently or as part of a skilled maintenance team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ industrial electrical experience (medium to heavy industry preferred)
• Must be time-served with relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, BTEC)
• Experience working with PLC systems (programming not required – external contractors handle this)
• Understanding of AC & DC systems, single & three-phase, and inverter drives
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings
• 17th or 18th Edition qualification desirable but not essential
