Salary: starting at £22,000 with uncapped commission structure

Role Overview:
As an Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and offering bespoke advertising solutions to meet their unique needs. You will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued success of the company through impactful, creative, and strategic advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach to potential clients in various industries.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and tailored advertising solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their advertising needs and create customized proposals and strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on growing revenue and expanding client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure advertising campaigns are executed effectively and deliver strong ROI for clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a related field (1-2 years preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused, with a passion for sales and delivering results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A basic understanding of advertising platforms and strategies, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed.
