Housing Services Manager

We have the opportunity of temporary employment for a 12-16 week period for a Housing Services Manager. The post holder will be responsible for leading the delivery of customer focused services in the key service areas of Tenancy Management, Income Collection, Money Advice and Rent Control. You must have experience within Social Housing and a strong understanding of regulations and legislation within this sector. You will use your knowledge of local, regional, and national initiatives, policies, and legislation to lead and develop their teams to ensure services provided are highly customer focused, effective, delivering clear outcomes, and providing value for money. You will have experience ensuring the welfare of vulnerable children & adults with a strong knowledge around safe guarding. The position is based in the Solihull area, you must have your own transport for reliable commute on a hybrid working basis.
 
 
This is a temporary vacancy over 12-16 weeks with an immediate start. Working hours are 9-5 with some flexibility over a 37 hour working week, hourly rate £29-£32.You must have your own transport and be able to commute within the Solihull district area.
