Job Description
PA / Office Coordinator day to day duties include:-
• Initial point of contact for phone and email enquiries
• Recording relevant contact details and requirements
• Booking & confirming appointments
• Assisting with progression of sales and lettings
• Liaising with clients as appropriate
• Provide comprehensive administrative support
• Ad-hoc tasks as required to help the office run smoothly including managing keys, distributing post, stationary orders,
The successful PA / Office Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:-
Previous coordinator experience essential
Strong admin and organisational skills
Strong IT skills, accurate typing
Property industry background would be advantageous but not essential
Working within an efficient, friendly team
In return you can expect to receive a basis salary of between £26,000-£28,000 depending on your skills and experience. This is a full time office based role with no hybrid available, the hours are 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
