Job Description
Part Time Health & Safety Administrator key duties include: -
- General admin support to include producing health & safety documents and filing
- Answering phones and dealing with initial enquires when the Health & Safety Manager is out the office.
- Collating and sending out information for Risk Assessments
- Booking training course for employees and updating the training skills matrix
- Writing letters to employees detailing their training courses.
The successful Part Time Health & Safety Administrator will have the following skills and experience: -
Strong admin experience with proficient skills in the use of Outlook, Excel and Word. Good all round computer skills
All round organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
Confident on the phone dealing with customers.
Strong attention to detail.
The hours of work are flexible Monday to Friday 30 hours per week although there could be the opportunity to increase these and this is an office based role no hybrid offered.
