Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Branch / Contract Specific
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 09.00– 17:30
Salary: Base salary of £26,000 (negotiable) - OTE up to £40,000 (uncapped comission)

Role Purpose
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues to successfully match people to roles. You’ll deliver a high-quality, inclusive service that reflects commercial awareness, strong communication, and expert industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed financial, SLA, and KPI targets individually and as part of a team.
- Attract and source quality candidates through inclusive and innovative methods.
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build enduring relationships with stakeholders at all stages of the recruitment cycle.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and ethical recruitment standards.
- Support onboarding, performance, and wellbeing of placed candidates.
- Regularly review service effectiveness and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
Essential:
- Understanding of the recruitment cycle and best practice.
- Knowledge of KPIs and performance metrics in recruitment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage and build relationships at all levels.
- Understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion principles.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a sales environment.
- Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial insight.
- Strong communicator and influencer

- Highly organized with attention to detail
