Job Description

Sales & Accounts Administrator Location: Bromsgrove (B60)
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (4-day work week!)

We’re currently recruiting for a Sales & Accounts Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team at a well-established company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with SAP experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service from enquiry to order and cash collection
  • Support the sales team to help drive customer satisfaction and sales efficiency
  • Process sales orders, manage accounts, and handle returns
  • Respond to customer queries via phone (Microsoft Teams)
  • Use SAP and Microsoft Excel for order management and billing
  • Assist with end-of-month invoicing and general office tasks
  • Perform light lifting duties related to store returns
Requirements:
  • Previous SAP experience is essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organised and proactive with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling occasional light manual tasks
