Job Description

Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator- Redditch- Temp to Perm 
 Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm
 £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist / Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and IT skills who enjoys working in a professional office environment.

Part Time Receptionist / Administrator Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
  • General reception duties, including managing the front desk and keeping reception area tidy
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
Part Time Receptionist / Administrator Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, approachable, and well-organised
Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm (20 hours per week)
