This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing UK company in the supply and distribution sector, working with leading names in hospitality. Known for doubling turnover year-on-year, this award-winning company has recently expanded with two new acquisitions and an £8 million site in Leeds, setting the stage for continued growth.
 
Role overview: As an Account Manager, you’ll join a dynamic team dedicated to driving growth and managing key client relationships. You’ll oversee a portfolio of existing clients and actively seek new business across Yorkshire, working closely with clients to ensure exceptional service standards and support ongoing company growth.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, focusing on retention and growth.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service by managing cask levels and client expectations.
  • Manage marketing materials to increase client engagement.
  • Support sales reps in negotiating supplier pricing.
  • Identify leads for the Telesales team to target.
 
What we need from you…
  • Solid understanding of the hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to phone, email and face-to-face interactions
  • Ability to work to KPIs and meet goals
  • Driving is advantageous due to location, but not essential
