- Managing new business enquiries and client renewals and ensuring FCA compliance
- Handling client queries regarding policy coverage and amendments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key insurer markets
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients
- Contribute to the team’s revenue goals through retention and new business acquisition
Our Ideal Candidate
As our ideal candidate, it goes without saying that you’ll be highly motivated, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent client service. You’ll also be confident in handling complex commercial insurance policies, preferably with around 2 years’ experience in commercial account handling. You’ll also have:
- A Cert CII qualification (or the willingness to obtain this)
- Experience or knowledge of Acturis
- A strong understanding of commercial insurance products
- A proactive and positive attitude
