Key Responsibilities
- Contacting individuals and businesses by phone to discuss overdue accounts
- Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Setting up affordable repayment plans
- Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry
- Achieving personal and team performance targets
- Processing customer payments accurately through internal systems
- Adhering to compliance guidelines and internal procedures
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a call centre, collections, or credit control role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
- Confident making outbound calls and managing challenging conversations
- Quick to learn new systems and adapt to different technologies
- A problem-solver with a proactive, customer-focused approach
