About the Role:
As an HR Data & Project Specialist, you will lead data operations, focusing on data cleansing, quality control, and ensuring accuracy in our HR systems. You will manage and design databases, making sure they align with organizational goals. You will also ensure GDPR compliance while playing a central role in data management and project coordination. Working with various teams, you will contribute valuable insights to support decision-making and drive improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse complex data sets to extract key insights, presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels to inform decision-making.
- Communicate methodology and insights effectively, including facilitating and presenting at internal meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by providing accurate reports and actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality by cleaning, filtering, and addressing integrity issues in HR data.
- Design and improve databases and processes to enhance team workflows.
- Support HR initiatives by delivering meaningful data analysis, highlighting progress and identifying risks.
- Analyse stakeholder feedback to improve data tracking, reporting, and processes. Identify and implement process improvements for database efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Manage record-keeping, including version control and archiving.
- Collaborate with the HR Project Team, PMO, and project leads to support project execution and management.
- Provide updates on project progress, ensuring alignment with PMO tracking systems.
- Facilitate planning sessions and weekly progress meetings, presenting data and update Organise and manage project files for efficient access and reference.
- HR or Business Data Analysis: Experience in HR/business data analysis, particularly in restructures or Target Operating Models (TOMs), with a focus on the employee journey during organizational change.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data models, database design, and data mining techniques for data-driven decision-making.
- IT Proficiency: Advanced Excel, intermediate PowerPoint, and experience with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Power BI, Micro) for data analysis and presentation.
- Analytical Excellence: Skilled in collecting, organizing, analysing, and disseminating large data sets with precision.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex information effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders, building trust and credibility.
- Proactive Approach: Ability to work independently, adapt, and take initiative.
- Continuous Improvement: Creative problem-solver focused on driving efficiency and process improvements.
- Organisation & Foresight: Ability to balance current tasks while planning with attention to detail.
- Strong experience in creating dynamic hyperlinks in Excel
