Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive


Location: Cardiff, Gwent (hybrid/flexible working)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

 
A well-established regional law firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team. This role offers a varied caseload and a supportive, collaborative working environment.

 
Key Responsibilities 

•  Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including workplace, public liability, and road traffic accident claims
  
  

•  Provide clear, practical advice to clients
  
  

•  Liaise with external stakeholders where required
  
  

•  Maintain compliance and accurate file management
  
  

•  Support junior team members and contribute to team development
  
  

Requirements 

•  Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  
  

•  Minimum 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience
  
  

•  Experience in personal injury claims (workplace accidents, PL, RTA)
  
  

•  Strong communication and client care skills
  
  

•  Collaborative and team-focused approach
  
  

Desirable:

 

•  Experience with trade unions or professional memberships (e.g., APIL)
