Job Description

An Amazing opportunity to join a Family run well established national business in Tamworth.
As part of our ongoing growth, the opportunity has arisen within the business for a Project co-ordinator. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Team.
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects throughout the UK by coordinating tasks, resources, and communications to ensure the timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction across the board. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards and help ensure each client has a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Facilitate communication between team members.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in collaboration with the project manager.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the project Manager as needed.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role within the construction / refit industry is advantageous 
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel up to intermediate level
The successful candidate must very flexible as our client work's  with large national businesses in the retail and restaurant sectors, carrying out planned, refurbishments and fitouts through the UK.
You need to have a full clean Valid UK driving licence and held it for at least 3 years.
Excellent salary £28,000 - £32,000  depending on experience and qualifications. A company vehicle and laptop are included as part of the package.
