Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm
Location: Hounslow
Pay: £12.21 p/h (PAYE)
Contract: 12-week temp to perm
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (Early mornings or Night shifts)

Important: 5-Year Background Vetting Required 

This role is based within a warehouse in Hounslow and requires full 5-year referencing & vetting to gain Cargo Operative (CO) clearance. Please only apply if you can provide a complete 5-year work/education history (with no gaps) and pass security checks.

About the Role:

💪 Heavy lifting (up to 45kg)
❄️ Working in chilled/cold environments (PPE provided)
✈️ Handling AKE & PMC units
📦 Accurate movement & storage of goods
⚠️ Following strict health & safety protocols

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 1 year warehouse operative experience
✔️ Experience with AKE & PMC handling preferred
✔️ Physically fit & comfortable in cold conditions
✔️ Must commit to 12-hour rotating shifts
✔️ Able to pass full 5-year vetting/security clearance
