We’re gearing up for our busiest season yet, and we need energetic, fast-moving, and friendly humans to join our bar team. This isn’t just about pouring drinks; it’s about being the heartbeat of the guest experience during the best time of the year. Whether it’s a high-energy Saturday night or a sunny Sunday session, you’ll be the one making sure the drinks stay cold and the vibes stay high.

Your Mission

The Perfect Pour: Serve up everything from crisp draught lagers and local ales to signature summer cocktails and spirits.
Guest Connection: Greet every guest with a genuine smile. You’re the face of the venue—make them feel at home.
Speed & Accuracy: Handle busy "rushes" with composure, ensuring orders are correct and the bar top stays clean.
Keep it Fresh: Maintain a spotless workspace, restock fridges, and ensure garnishes are prepped and ready to go.
Safety First: Check IDs diligently and promote responsible drinking. We play hard, but we play safe.

What You Bring to the Table

Energy: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Team Spirit: You’re a "we" person, not a "me" person. You jump in to help the glass collectors or floor team without being asked.
Reliability: It’s peak season we need people we can count on to show up and bring their A-game.
Experience: Previous bar experience is a plus, but if you have a killer attitude and a willingness to learn, we can teach you the rest.

Flexibility: You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
