Our client have a fantastic opportunity to join their Employer Network project team to support the team with finance and administration relating to the booking team. .

Key responsibilities and accountabilities :
  • Support the resolution of on hold invoices related to payments to Training Providers with SSCL Finance team.
  •  On boarding of new suppliers (Training Providers) for the Employer Networks.
  • Supporting receipting of training bookings.
  • Support the EN Booking Team Leader with allocation of bookings daily to the EN Booking Team on a priority basis.
Key contacts and relationships:
Dealing with both internal and external customers (employer network project delivery leads, SSCL finance department, employer engagement advisors, construction industry employers, training providers) the Finance Administrator will support finance processes, on boarding training providers and training bookings for the employer networks.

Knowledge and Experience
Essential
  • Good standard of secondary school education - a minimum of 3 GCSE's (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of using Microsoft Office or equivalent tools including spreadsheets, databases, document management and communication applications
  • Proven experience of finance administration
  •  Competent verbal and written communication skills including telephone skills
