Our client have a fantastic opportunity to join their Employer Network project team to support the team with finance and administration relating to the booking team. .

This is a short-term role supporting the Employer Network Project Team and the EN Booking Team with making training bookings for our employers. The role will involve liaising with training providers and employers and will include all of the associated administration work related to bookings.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
  •  Work to a high standard, completing the end-to-end process for all training bookings, including recording employer feedback timely and as appropriate.
  • Contact training providers to ensure the customer benefits from the most cost effective, high-quality training available.
  • Provide a seamless experience to all employers, offering an efficient "can do" service and where appropriate providing a first-time resolution.
  • The first point of contact for employer enquires about training bookings, answering all incoming calls and manage workflow within agreed SLA
  • All administrative duties associated with the booking.

Key contacts and relationships:
Dealing with both internal and external customers (employer network project delivery leads, employer engagement advisors, employer engagement advisors, construction industry employers, training providers) the EN Training Bookings Change Coordinator will support the booking process for training requests from construction employers through the Employer Networks.

Knowledge and Experience
Essential
  • Good standard of secondary school education - a minimum of 3 GCSE's (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of using Microsoft Office or equivalent tools including spreadsheets, databases, document management and
  • communication applications
  • Competent verbal and written communication skills including telephone working
Desirable
  • Customer focused approach
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of a call centre environment.
  • Special Conditions/Other Requirements: e.g. travel requirements, working arrangements
  • Office Based (Peterborough Office)
