Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple teams and departments.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with document preparation and data entry.
- Support governance and compliance processes, ensuring all documentation meets relevant standards.
- Assist with general administrative duties .
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel to different locations as needed to provide in-person support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role (education sector experience beneficial).
- Knowledge or experience in governance or compliance (desirable).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Discreet and professional approach with a high level of confidentiality.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to accept short-notice shifts.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites.
- A current Enhanced DBS is essential
