Student Accommodation Check-In Assistant (Ad Hoc / Weekend Work)

Are you looking for flexible, ad hoc work and enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are the same? We’re currently building a talent pool of reliable and enthusiastic individuals to support busy student accommodation check-in periods.
 
This is a front-facing role where you’ll be one of the first points of contact for students, helping to create a welcoming and smooth move-in experience during peak, high-energy periods. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming students and providing a friendly first impression
• Assisting with check-ins and general enquiries
• Helping students with luggage and directions
• Supporting the team with general tasks throughout the day
• Getting involved wherever needed to keep things running smoothly in a busy environment

What we’re looking for:

• Upbeat, positive, and approachable attitude
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Proactive and happy to take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Happy to be on your feet for most of the day
• Physically fit and willing to assist with lifting luggage
• Flexible and available for ad hoc and weekend work
