Working Hours: Monday to Friday- 10am to 6.30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hourly Rate: £12.42ph

Pertemps are recruiting for our client, a well-established steel organisation based in Dudley, known for their commitment to quality, reliability, and professional development. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a dedicated Steel Operative to their friendly and hardworking team.

As a Steel Operative, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring materials are picked, prepared, and processed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and preparing steel orders from the warehouse.
• Reading and interpreting delivery notes accurately.
• Performing manual handling and general warehouse tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Working as part of a supportive and motivated team.

Successful candidates will have:

• A good eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience within a steel environment.
