HR Administrator

Role: Receptionist/ HR Administration
Location: Dudley
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (9am to 3pm)
Hourly Rate: £13.60ph

Pertemps are recruiting for an experience HR administrator for our client in Kingswinford. Our client are a leading manufacturer in circuit boards and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong interest in human resources to develop their skills and contribute to the smooth running of the HR department. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide general HR administration, including maintaining employee records, handling correspondence, and updating HR systems.
• Support the induction process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed and compliance requirements are met.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
• Assist in managing employee absence records, and holiday tracking.
• Support HR policies and procedures in line with UK employment law and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Record petty cash transactions.
• Answer telephone and direct calls professionally.
• Open post & distribute
• Meet & greet visitors
• Order stationery and office supplies etc.,

 
Key skills:

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
