Production Operative

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join client in Dudley.  This is a physical role that involves heavy lifting and operating machinery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, safety-conscious, and comfortable with manual work.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Handling and lifting materials, often requiring heavy lifting.
• Monitoring product quality and making adjustments as necessary.
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding role.
• Comfortable with machine operation and quick to learn new processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
