Role: Assembler
Location: Dudley
Hourly Rate: £11.94ph plus Shift allowance
Hours of work: Monday to Friday- 7.30am to 4pm (opportunity for Overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling plastic modules into conveyor belts.
• Following customer specific drawing order precisely to ensure requirements are met for each order.
• Operate hand, power, and air tools.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure all deadlines and targets are met per company standard.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised work space.
• Be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, with a keen eye for detail throughout the assembly process.
• Work well within a team but also use own initiative.

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (Essential).
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong hand/eye co-ordination and attention to detail.
• Solid mathematics and communication skills for effective task execution 
• Ability to stand for extended periods of times.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required

Hourly Rate: £11.94ph plus shift allowance
Hours of work: Monday to Friday- 7.30am to 4pm (Overtime will be available)
