What you’ll be doing as an Insurance Administrator:
 
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Processing insurance policies, renewals and claims accurately and efficiently
  • Keeping client records and internal systems up to date
  • Speaking with customers over the phone and by email, providing a helpful and professional service
  • Supporting compliance processes and making sure documentation is in order
  • Liaising with insurers, brokers and clients to keep everything running smoothly
 
What we’re looking for in an Insurance Administrator:
 
  • Previous experience in an admin role - insurance or financial services would be ideal
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your workload
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach
  • Confident communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
