What you’ll be doing as an Insurance Administrator:
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Processing insurance policies, renewals and claims accurately and efficiently
- Keeping client records and internal systems up to date
- Speaking with customers over the phone and by email, providing a helpful and professional service
- Supporting compliance processes and making sure documentation is in order
- Liaising with insurers, brokers and clients to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for in an Insurance Administrator:
- Previous experience in an admin role - insurance or financial services would be ideal
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your workload
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach
- Confident communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
